Why Robotics?

I enjoy building things that move, respond, and come to life.
Through robotics, I design mechanisms, write code, test ideas, watch them fail, and then improve them. Sometimes things work right away, but most of the time they don’t. When they finally do, the feeling makes every step worth it.
I began competing in VEX IQ Robotics in 2022, where I learned how to keep going even when things don’t go as planned. Robotics has taught me persistence in a way that traditional classes rarely do.

What’s Next
I plan to continue competing in VEX IQ and start exploring VEX V5 as I enter 9th grade. The robots are larger, the challenges are more complex, and I’m excited to keep pushing myself and learning more through robotics.
